Ferguson…the last blog!

This will be my last blog on Ferguson.  Mostly because I believe that the media had given far too much coverage on it, which continues to fuel the anger in this area.  And that anger is spreading through our beloved country like a wildfire.  I for one will not be involved in putting anymore fuel on it.

The facts are this:

1. If the media had reported it without the added discriptives of “black” and “white” to describe the persons involved, but instead used “criminal” and “on-duty” for police officer, this all would have gone in a completely different direction.  There would have been vigils, and possibly even a protest as the criminal was unarmed.  There still would have been an internal investigation within the police department regarding the acts of the officer against an unarmed suspect. 

2. Becoming a criminal in defense of a criminal makes no sense at all.

3. The acts of desctruction, the looting and the fires are all criminal acts.

4. We live in a society where people are easily swayed to sterotype large groups of people based on the actions of 1.  This is what we fight against every single day.  This day, we have seen large groups of people act in such a way to prove that stereotypes are true.  And that is sad.

As a society, we need to teach ourselves first and then our children will learn by our example.  Bad behavior is not acceptable, in any situation.  You are awarded your freedoms, the freedom of speech and the freedom to peaceful protest.  You will show respect to your surroundings, you will show respect to the people you are speaking out against and you will under no circumstances, harm another person or the enviroment in which you stand.  You voice will be speak louder because of your actions. 

In Ferguson, MO they have drowned out their own voices of concern for the situation with idiocy and destruction.  And all the world can hear is the devastation they have created.  They have destroyed their only chance at being heard. 

This is my last blog on Ferguson.  They no longer deserve the attention that they are getting.  Including what little attention I have given it.  I wipe my hands of it. I hope my readers will too.

Morons in Ferguson….the stupidity continues

So I’m sure you have all heard that the grand jury decided not to prosecute the officer for doing his job.  I would like to say congrats to them for not giving in to the bullying of the community.  I would also like to say this to the officer….You did a good job that day.  You brought a criminal down, and you went home that night.  You are a hero in my book and I will be proud to call you my protector!

I called it last week.  They already knew the outcome, but were hoping to be prepared for idiocy that would ensue. 

Apparently they were not!  These morons are destroying and looting local businesses and setting their town a blaze in the name of injustice.  Because local store owners are a fault? Because their neighbors are at fault?  Will any of this stupidity bring back the criminal that was shot?  NO!!

Issue the shoot to kill order.  Take back control of our country! Stop letting ignorance run rapid destroying (literally) everything in its path!  The government needs to grow a set of balls and make these people step back in line!

I heard on the radio this morning that there is a “protest” scheduled in my area today, in support of Michael Brown….WTF?!?!  Really?  In support of a slain criminal, who was shot and killed by a police officer?  I don’t care if he was black or green or purple, he was in the god damn wrong!!! 

I’ve said it before and I will say it again….If you don’t want to get shot by the police, don’t do anything to make the police shoot at you.  If you don’t want your son to get shot by the police, teach him not to do the things that will make a police officer shoot at him.  Is it that hard of a concept to grasp.  And shut up about the white man oppressing the black man, because it’s all bullshit.  The only person that is oppressing anyone anymore is the person you see in the mirror.  Grow the fuck up!

Make an example out of those rioters in Ferguson.  Shoot to kill, so that the rest of the country understands that if you are going to be violent, you will be punished!  And the cops will all have masks on so you can’t cry racism when your dumb ass gets shot!

And if I get injured because of the shit happening here today, I will sue Obama for saying that it would make good tv.

Bill Cosby had sex with women in his prime! 

Holy Shit!  Are we for real?  A man had sex with women?  What a scandal! 

Whatever, get over yourselves.  First of all this wasn’t recent, hell, this wasn’t years ago, this was fricken decades ago! Can we please applaude the man instead of trying to run him out on a log? 

I guess the big issue is that he paid them to shut up.  Good call, celebrity man, married, Honestly, I would have paid them too.  But now, decades later, some are claiming rape and now they are coming out of the woodwork to claim what an ass Bill Cosby is.

He is human.  If a few cash payments kept you from sending a rapist to jail, then I doubt he raped you. Sorry, that might be harsh, but as a victim, money wouldn’t keep me quiet.  The only thing I would keep quiet about is where I buried the body!  So, the fact that this awesome comedian that we have all laughed with, all cried with throughout our lives, had sex with some chicks back in the day, yep….I DON”T CARE!!!

Personally, I don’t think his indiscretions are any of our business.  That should be between him and his wife.  Who are we to judge him for something he did DECADES AGO?  That’s like being married to someone for 30 years and then finding out that they cheated on their finals in college, only to sue him for lying to you all these years.  It’s crap!  Bill is a good actor, a great one in fact.  And I don’t care how many women he’s dipped into over the years, if he still makes me laugh, I will still watch him on T.V. !

Ferguson, MO – Continued

UGH!  I was going to move on today and write about yoga pants but….

I just saw 3 more articles on this crap in Ferguson!  I’m so tired of reading about people who think they deserve something just for being.  Bitch! I have to work for what I have, you should too!  Shut up and put your big girl panties on!

But the article that caught my eye was the one stating that there are 1500+ police departments that have higher arrest rates of blacks that Ferguson.  WHAT? Why is this important? So I scroll down to the bottom to catch a few comments, see how the rest of the world feels about this, only to find that this is one of the articles you cannot comment on.  Why is that?

Probably because this is a hot topic, too many people commenting? Or is it because the media already knows that they have created a monster with the racial gas they keep pouring on it?  My guess is on the later of the 2. 

So here’s my opinion…..either those 1500+ police stations are in mostly black communities, or blacks are getting caught committing more crimes.  Notice that I said getting caught…and not just committing?  This is because I know for a fact that white people commit crimes too.  Are the police “profiling” and catching more blacks?  Maybe. Is that wrong?  

A stat that they failed to provide in this wonderous article; in those police departments, what is the percentage of black officers?  And then tell me, what is the percentage of black officers across the entire United States.  Is there a trend that I should see? 

News people….please stop treating your readers like morons and give us the information that an educated realist wants to know to make an informed decision.  And stop spoon feeding us only the information that you want us to hear in order to raise your ratings or viewers/readers or the tempers of your readers.  

Racism would have died a long ass time ago had the news crews stop citing it for every single arrest ever made!!!  Has anyone ever read an article about the black cop who shot the white boy?  Yeah, me neither! But we all know that it has happened.  A black officer cannot possibly be oppressing a white person, right?  Bull!  Officers, (the bad ones) will abuse the power they have regardless of their skin color.  No really, it’s true!!! 

It’s time we all agree that there are good people in this world and there are bad people in this world.  And that is all, we are all just people.

Ok.  I’m going to start off with a big one.

I think this is absolutely riduclous!  It was a mess to start with but fueled by the media.  And now it’s bigger than even Ferguson can handle. And we are 3 months into this chaos.  It’s time to end the nonsense!

The governor has managed a state of emergency and activated the National Guard for the decision of whether or not to put this cop on trial.  My guess, they already know what the decision is.

Michael Browns family and friends, neighbors, and unknown hot heads have destroyed their own town in the name of “justice”.  I think they should all be arrested.  But since mob mentality plays a part in the evaluation of the situation, they leave them to continue destroying their own home. 

I’m okay with the National Guard being activated.  But at this point, I think it should be shoot to kill.  They should inform the public that these are the orders.  Anyone who gets out of hand will be shot on the spot.  No questions asked.  If they riot, they knew the consequences.  It was their choice.

And just so we are all clear, I am not racist.  I am an american who is tired of stupidty running our country.  If you don’t want to get shot by a cop, don’t do anything that would make a cop shoot you.  Seems reasonable to me. 

I have never taught my children that all men are created equal, because that is a lie.  No man is equal to another, or we would all be exactly the same.  I teach my children respect!  Respect other people until they show you that they are undeserving of such respect.  And maybe I’m wrong, (which I don’t care), but stealing is a good reason for no one to respect you.  God said it was wrong and the government backs that up.
